Employee Relationship Manager

As an Employee Relationship Manager within PNC's Financial Wellness Organization organization, you will be based in San Francisco, CA. PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions offers a comprehensive suite of solutions to meet the needs of various businesses and their employees. The Employee Relationship Manager role is designed to help improve employee financial wellbeing, strengthen employee financial awareness, and increase convenience through digital banking that includes money management tools. As an Employee Relationship Manager you will work in an outbound sales capacity, facilitating in-person new hire orientations, delivering financial education seminars and multi-faceted benefits programs to the employee base within our clients' organizations. Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Base Salary: $63,000.00 $105,000.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
